Executive Vice President
Rob leads Catalyst's consulting operations nationwide. Rob provides thought leadership in the areas of digital strategy, data insights and organizations transformations. He is responsible for solution architecture, software development, user experience/user interface (UI/UX), account management, project management and analysis disciplines. His teams combine to consistently deliver high quality solutions that are tailored to each client's unique needs. In other words, Rob is responsible for making sure that clients are so thrilled with the results we deliver that they can't imagine accepting less from another partner ever again.
Prior to joining Catalyst in 2011, Rob created and led WebMD Health service's Project Center of Excellence, which encompasses project management, business analysis and implementation consulting functions. He also managed WebMD's relationship with the largest health plan organization in the country. Previous roles include Vice President & Managing Director of a business process outsourcing firm that serves health and education sectors, as well as Innovation and Operations roles in a range of organizations that include TEKsystems and Computer Sciences Corporate (CSC).
Rob earned an MBA degree with a concentration in MIS from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. He has been certified as a Scrum Master (CSM), as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and he holds an IS Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.
Executive Vice President
Scott is responsible for managing client engagements and relationships across the United States, as well as for overseeing Catalyst’s work educating the industry about how Catalyst applies data to innovate in the application services space and its business development operations. Scott is also the member of the executive team who helps provide leadership to our work in the technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, and transportation industries.
Prior to Catalyst, Scott was President and COO of Talascend, $200 million per
year engineering services company that supported the energy, manufacturing, oil
and gas, transportation, and telecommunications industries, where he grew that
business meaningfully and also oversaw their expansion into software products.
Before joining Talascend Scott was COO of AVIcode, the leading provider of .net
application monitoring and management technology for over three years, during
which time the company scaled significantly and was ultimately acquired by
Microsoft. He started his career spending 8 years at IBM, where he served as
Manager, Business Partnering. During his significant career in leadership of
technology enterprises Scott has also served as President and COO of Avatech, a
publicly traded engineering software company that served the manufacturing,
architecture, and infrastructure industries; COO of AdaptiveTrade, a software
and services company providing supply chain optimization and enterprise
decisionmaking for manufacturing; Vice President of Software Solutions and
Business Development at Bell & Howell Mail & Messaging, providing software and
equipment for document processing; and President and COO of Guestech, providing
high-speed value-added internet services for the hospitality industry via an
in-room web device.
Scott is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has a B.S. in computer science, business, and mathematics from Tulane.
Vice President of Administration and General Counsel
Peter is responsible for developer recruiting, facilities, network operations, legal and compliance, aspects of human resources, and other administrative and back-office operations. He is sometimes described as Catalyst’s utility infielder. Peter joined the management team in 2004, making him one of the firm’s earliest members of the management team. Prior to joining Catalyst, Peter spent five years at the Washington law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering LLP, where he had a general corporate and transactional practice representing domestic and international corporations in a variety of commercial transactions. Following his graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Jon McCalla of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
Peter has a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University. He is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars.
Chief Financial Officer
David is responsible for the entire finance function of Catalyst and oversees accounting, reporting, strategic planning as well as the company’s auditor, banking and investor relationships. A member of the executive team, David works on a wide range of financial, operational and strategic initiatives that help to run and scale the business.
Prior to joining Catalyst, David was the Senior Vice President, CFO and Corporate Secretary for Tessco Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: TESS), a $700 million public technology company. At Tessco, David executed many organic revenue growth initiatives, managed profitability optimization programs and led significant corporate acquisitions. David is a financial strategist with a strong track record of successfully driving revenue growth and profitability.
David holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Loyola University in Maryland and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
Chief People Officer
Paige Cox Lisk joined Catalyst in October 2015 as Chief People Officer. In her role, Paige is responsible for Human Resources at large and for developing and executing the company's Talent Strategy. As such, she focuses the majority of her time on culture, community and career. The role allows Paige to marry her passions for technology, leadership and people.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Paige was Director of Human Resources at PayPal, formerly an eBay company, where she led HR for PayPal Global Credit. As a member of the leadership team, Paige worked with business leaders to identify, develop and deliver talent solutions that drove the execution of global business strategies.
Paige has also held senior leadership roles at Constellation Energy where she was Executive Director, Human Resources and Director, Information Technology. Prior to transitioning from IT to HR at Constellation, Paige held IT management roles within UBS Warburg, Enron, Shell and Computer Technology Research Education Center. Paige is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). She holds a Community MBA from the University of Texas and an MBA in International Management from Loyola University.
